Saturday afternoon, won't you try?
Try doing nothing, that is. After breakfast -- Albertson's corn flakes -- our coffee (definite source of extra toilet-flushing there), & lunch at the Soup Kitchen (some people actually go there to hear the sermon), followed by nearly $20 of groceries, Trish worked really hard to clean the basement, thoughts of Kimothy Oreo-gone forgotten -- at least we don't have to deal with her again until the 5th.
When Trish finished her cleaning & we hauled all the trash out back -- a jungle -- we watched the Moody Blues again. Justin Hayward's guitar has the treble control turned too high up; it sounds metallic, especially in contrast with the orchestra.
90 degree weather again; a/c kicked on twice. Supposed to be cooler again today, warm up in time for Car-girl's Car ride to the Invisible Pizza Hut to meet the Philip T. Fantasy; day before, we go beyond the Invisible landscape to see the dentist.
I called Fearless Taco yesterday, just to let him know Mardy at Stellar downloaded the HP software I needed, & that I'd de-bugged the system by searching for OCR on the machine. An icon for DPE OCR popped up with a message that it's for "debugging purposes only". I opened it, dragged it to my desktop, & haven't scanned anything yet (Insanity Can Be Fun), but the clickable box for "scan with OCR" is now on the HP Director.
After Trish cooked some cheesy chicken enchiladas (burritos tonite), we headed downstairs with the fans on. I channel surfed a lot; finally found a CNN special about "God's warriors". Everyone worships the One, True God, who in turn tells you to blow up everyone else who worships God under a different name. This is not good.
We went to bed a little early. I then woke up at 4:00 AM & didn't get back to sleep until 6:00. I really think I need Ambien CR. Am more concerned about Trish's meds now. Beyond the Kimothy Queerly is the racing thoughts. Continuation into the school year will bring a request for lithium.
Gotta go now. Got to eat breakfast. Trish needs to get up, anyway.
Bi-bi, blog!
